A Letter to @ESPN GROW A PAIR... YOU CANT SUSPEND EVERYONE WITH AN OPINION

First Steven A Smith and now Dan Lebatard... God forbid a journalist actually be entertaining or interesting by not simply repeating the same opinion everyone else seem to have. ESPN must have been neutered because their balls are no longer available. 

 Dan Lebatard who may be one of the country's top 5 Sports column writers, and talented broadcaster on ESPN and South Florida Based 790 The Ticket was just suspended for 2 days by ESPN for the Billboard in Akron that basically said your welcome Lebron.... 

 Was the Billboard rude? I don't think it was... clearly using Your Welcome is using manners... Did Lebatard say anything inappropriate? Not at all... he simply challenged Lebron and all of his power by simply letting him know... hey you kind of forgot to thank the fans in South Florida who supported you when the rest of the country hated you. Since when do networks suspend journalists for having an opinion? 

  ESPN how can you ever expect a journalist to ever break a story if everyone is so worried about being polite and politically correct? What happened to freedom of speech... (which was designed for people in the media) You say you are trying to protect your brand but clearly...you are only taking away from the fans who like to hear people like Steven A Smith go against the grain with an opinion that is not popular.  

  The best thing about Sports talk is the debates.... its gossip for men. If everyone agreed.. it would be extremely boring. 

 Dan Lebatard simply took a shot at the king.... how does that deserve a suspension? I bet you a million dollars to a gallon of goat milk that more people will tune into "Highly Questionable" now that Lebatard made national headlines with that billboard then before... so guess what...   He probably made you a little bit of money!! ESPN from now on I will simply go read Bleacher Report, Yahoo Sports, Deadspin and every other sports network unless there is a game on..... because now... Im pretty sure that everything said is a controlled opinion..... grow a pair of nuts for once in your life!!
