Hustle & Flow Week 4 Recap!!

  Ok since I first signed up to join the Hustle & Flow team as a host I wasn't really sure what to expect. I have attended alot of open mic type events and lets just say most of the ones I have been too are not alot of fun. However my intentions of Hustle & Flow was pretty simple... Host My First Event, get my face out more and get a little money for my work. What I got was the opportunity to host more events, I have met a huge base of talent that I did not even know about. Not all of Palm Beaches Talent lives on Facebook, Twitter, or whatever popular social networking site that is available.
   First of all the vibe inside RJs is very positive, upbeat, friendly, and fun. Drink specials are great, and it is very well organized! To make a long story short artists all get the oppurtunity to perform in front of their  peers and showcase their talent! I saw some great performances from J Vaughn, J Gaines, Low Pro, Lil Droppa, HMS, SMB, and many more! So make sure you come check us out this Thursday at RJS on 45th Street! Reflection On The Palm Beach Music and Entertainment Awards

Well Friday Night they had the 4th annual Palm Beach Music and Entertainment Awards and All I can say is I had the time of my life! The energy in the building was all positive and I think pretty much Everyone that won deserved it! So Shouts out to Genesis marketing for all of the hard work and putting together such a great event! Hus Jones won Best Male Artist, Mr Universe won Peoples Choice Award, Tenfoe & Analog won Best Video for Hangin Downtown, PCC won Best Single with Club Scene and Best Rap Group, DJ Beni Boom Best Club DJ, Baby Low won the best Gentlemen's Club DJ, Killa Kim won the Best Female Artist, 1Hot Best New Male Artist, Makkin for best New Female Artist, Best Female Model Tasha Ford, Best Male Model Darrell Fletcher, Best Male Promoter was a Tie between T Green and General, Weba the Marketing Queen was the Female Promoter of the year. Eric Biddines won the best Crossover Artist, and Pangea Kids won Best Alternative Group, and the best Collaboration went to "Everything On Ice" With G Boi, Joe Boom & Schife, Jashua Sa Ra won Best Poet and If I missed anyone I apologize but shouts out to all of the winners!! I am proud of my city for stepping out in class that night!! Oh yeah I almost forgot Bruce Almighty won the Award for Best Radio DJ so I appreciate everyone who voted for me!! Hear It First Radio is hear to stay!! 

Now the other thing I would Like to mention is  the performances were awesome everybody did an excellent performance! Snappa was Probably my favorite!! So if you wanna win next year! You better get to work and try and do better than the winners did this year!
