I have always loved the creativity he puts into his projects. He dares to be different
when the rest of us get put into this cookie cutter mold of what hip hop should be.

The video is awesome as far as quality and concept....although it is plain to see that FLAliens is the same as ATliens....where im from we call that biting, and sorry to say that doesn't fly well in the industry..Eric B didnt make anyone step the game up, the director deserves the credit....until YOU can actually make a video stop putting the wagon in front of the horse
OK so maybe you dont know the difference between biting and being influenced by. How many rappers today still try to be Pac, or Whatever big rapper, like Jeezy or whoever. Eric B may be alot of things but a biter isnt that.
I think Eric is influenced by the eclectic concept and movement of The Dungeon Family more than anything else. I would hardly call it biting. The thing is nothing's new under the sun, even the guy that thinks he's original is only borrowing in some shape, form or fashion from someone else. Point blank. Eric is only acknowledging where his motivation comes from unlike most who try to act brand new. When niggas do MJ moves on stage and copy his melody's we say they're inspired by MJ and that's how I feel about Eric. Shit look at how many niggas talk about trap music now and name their albums/songs after that, but we say they're following the dope boy movement b/f we call it biting after Jeezy or T.I. or whoever.
Throw a rock and you'll land on a thousand T.I.'s, Wayne's, Jeezy's, Pac's, Jay-Z's etc. etc. out there. But I guarantee you can throw 20 rocks and still not find too many people talking about some other ish like EB.
