With so much Value placed on the super stars of the Nba in todays game . Nba execs had to watch the Paul George Injury on Friday night and cringe . Think about it like this One player can be the difference between Selling tickets for thousands and giving them away at the local swap shop .For Instance lets look at the Lebron James case he was the superstar that filled Cleveland Arena countless sell out games and him alone made the city of Cleveland thrive .
